Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Amarese Designs wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. There are times where you may need to return an item so there is a 14-day return policy in place. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund on full-priced items only.

To begin the returns process please complete the returns form first and email to amarese.designs@gmail.com with subject RETURN, a staff member will then provide you with the acceptance of your return request. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Tags attached
  • hygiene sticker has not been removed
  • the garment is in original condition 
  • proof of purchase
  • returns form has been completed and attached

If you are unsure and would like to contact the team prior to returning please email amarese.designs@gmail.com we can then discuss any concerns.

Returns will be the senders own cost and the original postbag is reusable, ensure previous address label has been removed or covered over with the new returns label.

Important note:

Items sent back to us that have been worn, damaged, without all original swing tags and hygiene sticker will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Amarese Designs does not have any robotic automation processes in place which means human error can occur. If this is the case and your order does not match your original purchase order, contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
